Ms. Ourania Markaki holds a MSc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MBA in Techno-Economic Systems. She has more than nine years of experience in the preparation and implementation of research and development projects in the domains of Interoperability, e-Government, eParticipation, eBusiness, Manufacturing and Decision Support.
